As a member of the regional Solution Sales Operations team, you will be tasked to elaborate & Monitor the Sales forecast with the Regional Solutions Sales, Delivery Centers & Finance teams, optimizethe achievement of the financial forecast consolidation (CRM, revenue recognition periods, risk on projects, resource capacities & booking anticipation), support Delivery Centers in resource allocation forecast and be the preferred interface for Solution Sales, Finance, Delivery Centers and Solution BPA Management where Sales forecast is concerned. Your scope of responsibility will include South Asia & Japan (SAJ) and Greater China & Korea (GCK).

Responsibilities:

  • Elaboration of Sales Forecasts through Reviews & Analysis with Solutions Sales & Finance: committed Revenue forecast with integration of Recognized revenue, Backlog, Risks & opportunities & forecast variations of 18 months horizon / Monthly process

  • Consolidation of Regional figures & set of KPIs for management Forecasts reporting

  • Monthly backlog forecast management & follow-upwith Delivery Centres, Finance & Customer service

  • Support to Delivery Centres and Finance with the monthly slotting & Master Plan elaboration

  • Act as a CRM champion by providng support to the Sales team on CRM tools and related business rules.

  • Contribution to overall Sales Operations processes & tools

Requirements:

  • Business or related degrees
  • 3 years experience in a similar position or Finance/Controlling
  • English fluency - Mandarin will be a plus
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Advanced Excel, Powerpoint)
  • A decisive and pro-active team player
