Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

Key Responsibilities

In charge of promoting and selling cards issuance products, as well as card issuance solutions and innovative products onto specified market and banking & payment customers.

Ensure and optimize revenue and margin generated for Thales DIS at his customers.


Promote, represent and engage Thales DIS position towards banking & payment customers.

Follow up and develop key accounts in line with an agreed account planning.

Prospect and entry into new customers within defined market sector and geographic area.  Active participation in tenders.

Liaise and coordinate internal resources (Customer Service, Technical Consulting, Marketer, Management) to match customer expectations.

Increase of market share, revenue and margin in line with quarterly and yearly objectives.

Provide an accurate forecast to the management.

Activity and market report:

Prepare activity reports on a regular basis (weekly reports, monthly and quarterly reviews).

Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity (completion of CRM data base and customer visit report).

Regular report about market needs and recommendations on products definition.


Education: Business or engineering school diploma or post graduate degree.

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in Banking, IT or Telecom market segment.

Skills: Fluent in English.
